Where: Kei Mouth to Hole-in-the-Wall – The Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa
Terrain: Mixed beach, grassy headlands, rock and coastal forest. Non-technical running.
River crossings: The nature of the Wild Coast means there are several river crossings at the Wildcoast Wildrun®. You have to be able to swim to complete this run.
31 August 2019 – Arrival at Kei Mouth
1 September 2019 – Day 1 is the longest of the 3 days at 44.2km finishing at Kob Inn
2 September 2019 – Day 2 is 35.3km, includes Dwesa Nature Reserve and fishes at The Haven
3 September 2019 – Day 3 is 34km, the last day of running and toughest. Finishes at Hole-in-the-Wall
4 September 2019 – Departure
