This is a 1 lap course and can be run clockwise or anti-clockwise. The course starts from the rugby fields, athletes will run around both rugby and soccer fields. They will exit the rugby fields turning right towards the club’s main entrance road, once reached they will turn left heading west towards the golf club’s gate. Once through the gate, they will immediately turn right towards the first tee box of the golf course. Just past hole 1’s tee box they will turn left and head west again alongside the first hole of the golf course. Halfway down this hole, the 1km mark will be reached. Just after the first hole’s green, you will turn left and then back alongside the other side of the same hole. Halfway down the left-hand side (as you play the hole), you will turn right and head west again alongside hole number 9 on the golf course. As you reach hole 8 of the golf course, you will turn right running behind the green and then left towards the tee box of this hole. You will then turn right heading west again alongside the houses towards hole 7’s tee box. Running behind hole 7’s tee box at the 2 km mark, you will turn left and head east and run alongside the same hole on the opposite side. Once you reach the green you will turn left, running north alongside hole 8 and then turn right running alongside hole number 9 towards the golf clubhouse. Just before you reach the clubhouse, you will turn right, heading south, alongside hole number 18 of the golf course. Keeping the houses on your right-hand side you will turn left at about the 3 km mark running towards the workshop. Keeping the workshop on your right-hand side you will run towards the driving range. Reaching the fence of the driving range and the athletics track will turn right towards the 4×4 track. Following the markers, you will run towards the workshop, turning left on the gravel road towards the lawn bowls clubhouse. Just before you reach the lawn bowls clubhouse, you will turn left again heading for the same gate where you entered the 4×4 track. Once you reach the gate, a marshal will direct you to the athletics track gate (on your right-hand side). As you reach the athletics track, you will enter the athletics track through the palisade gate on your right-hand side. After entering the track you will turn right and run a lap outside of the athletics track (keeping next to the palisades until you reach the athletics pavilion). As you reach the eastern bend of the athletics track, you would have completed 4 km. Keeping the athletics pavilions on your right-hand side, you will turn right after the athletics kiosk and run towards the rugby fields via the only (very short) little hill on the course. Once you have reached the rugby fields, you will turn right again, completing a lap around the rugby and soccer fields ending in front of the main pavilion.
